What is an LTI connection?

LTI stands for Learning Tools Interoperability. It is the technical bridge between an e-learning platform and your organization’s learning environment. In our platform, both are integrated: it is a place to manage e-learning content as well as create it yourself. For some clients, it is necessary to share e-learning content from our platform with their customer’s e-learning system. This is where the LTI connection comes in. With our LTI integration, we can both import content from external providers and share content from our platform with other e-learning environments.

What is SCORM?

SCORM is the international standard for online learning content. It allows you to easily link existing courses or import new modules into our e-learning platform. SCORM ensures smooth integration between different systems and guarantees that learning results are accurately tracked.

How your project runs with us

We work in clear phases, with each step guided by a dedicated, experienced project manager to ensure clear communication, timely coordination, and careful monitoring of planning and quality.

Strategy & design

Our collaboration starts with an inspiring strategy session where all stakeholders meet to set the course together. This is the opportunity to share expectations, define goals, and create a shared vision of the desired look and functionality of the website. We dive into navigation structure, user profiles, branding guidelines, content strategy, and required features. This foundation is crucial for a successful continuation.

Next, our creative designers develop multiple concept designs. These concepts are fresh, modern, and always aligned with your brand, with usability across all devices—from desktop to mobile—at the center. We present several concepts so that a well-considered choice can be made. After selection, the chosen design is refined in detail and presented for final approval.

Development

After design approval, our professional development team begins building the website. During development, close collaboration is maintained between developers, a lead developer, the project manager, and you as the client. Daily short meetings (stand-ups) ensure transparency, direct communication, and fast decision-making. We place strong emphasis on quality and continuously test to ensure the final result is technically robust, fast, and user-friendly.

Training & content

A website is only valuable when content is relevant and up-to-date. That is why we provide comprehensive training to give you confidence in managing content via the CMS. Whether we enter the content for you or you do it yourself, the training ensures you can make adjustments independently later without relying on external parties.

Training can take place at our office in Hilversum or, if desired, at your location. We schedule a maximum of one half-day, working together with a clear step-by-step guide. Even after training, we remain available for questions and technical support.

Testing

Once content is entered, we review the entire project thoroughly. We conduct an extensive testing phase to assess the website functionally and technically across a wide range of devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones. We check not only functionality but also user experience and performance.

Test results form the basis for a final optimization round to perfect the site. You are then given the opportunity to test extensively in a secure environment before final acceptance.

Go-live

After successful acceptance testing, we ensure a seamless go-live. The website and CMS are carefully migrated to the live server, with continuous monitoring of stability, performance, and security.

Once the website is live, the project is considered complete. However, our service does not stop there. A website is never truly “finished” and requires maintenance to stay up-to-date and perform optimally in a continuously changing digital environment. This is included in the annual operational costs. Our optional aftercare program offers tailored maintenance, updates, and support to ensure your investment continues to deliver value.
