    What is a brand portal?

    A brand portal is an online system for managing your brand and corporate identity. It allows for the creation and ordering of marketing communication materials. With De Toekomst’s versatile brand portal, you can create and manage POS, business cards, posters, ads, or other corporate identity items completely on your own, according to the specifications you’ve set in advance. Managing and distributing images, templates, and presentations is also part of the possibilities.

    One platform for managing your brand

    From corporate identity print materials, brochures, trade show walls, and ads to social media posts, presentation templates, and office supplies, the portal allows you to manage everything in one system, ensuring all materials meet brand standards. This way, you make your brand not only recognizable but also accessible.

    For communication departments, marketing teams, franchise partners, or local branches: everyone can easily and correctly work with your brand.

    The portal is offered as Software as a Service. This means you don’t need to buy the software, but rather have a subscription for using it. The subscription costs cover all maintenance, hosting, and update fees.

    Design module

    The brand portal has three types of users in the system: User who can see what can be ordered in the brand portal, but cannot place orders. Main user, who has access to all aspects within the portal. If desired, the main user can also authorize orders, but orders can also be placed without authorization. User who can order print materials and promotional gifts.
