Our platform started as an e-learning environment but grew into a full-fledged membership platform. This means you do much more than offer knowledge. You manage your entire member database, track registrations and CPD points, accredit courses, organize your annual conference, and send newsletters. And because the authoring tool is included, you create e-learnings and quizzes yourself without technical knowledge. One environment for your members, your register, and your office.
Integrations with your existing systems
You don’t have to leave your trusted tools behind. The membership platform integrates with your accounting in Exact Online or Afas, handles payments via Mollie, and shares public member data with your website for a public register. With Single Sign-On, members log in to linked apps with their platform account. The platform becomes the hub to which other systems connect, instead of yet another separate island.
What is a membership platform?
A membership platform is one central online environment where an association or foundation manages the entire member journey: registration, data management, subscription collection, knowledge sharing, and event attendance. For members, it feels like a personal area; for the office, it’s where administration, register, and communication come together. Unlike separate packages for administration or e-learning, a membership platform combines these functions, so data only needs to exist in one place.
What is a member area?
The member area is the personal section of the membership platform, behind a secure login. There members see their profile, CPD points per year and category, invoices and payment status, and newsletter preferences. They can update their own data, download certificates once they meet requirements, and register for courses, webinars, or the annual conference. When members handle their own matters, questions at the office drop significantly.

Behind the scenes is smart technology that grows with your organization. We build within the familiar WordPress environment, modular and scalable. This allows us to easily add new features and expand the platform as your association grows or gains new audiences. Because we work open-source, you remain independent: the platform is yours, not tied to us.
Your membership platform runs entirely in the cloud on Dutch servers powered 100% by green energy, meeting strict ISO 27001 standards for information security. All systems are redundant, and daily backups are performed. You can be sure your members’ data is safe and available.

How your project proceeds with us
We work in clear phases, with a dedicated, experienced project manager as your primary point of contact. They oversee planning, quality, and ensure clear coordination.
Strategy & design
We start with a strategy session to clarify objectives together. We examine your roles and audiences (members, educators, students, board), the user journey, your branding, content, and office functionalities. This results in a concrete action plan.
Our designers then create the platform within your brand identity: fresh, modern, and user-friendly on all devices. We present multiple concepts, refine the chosen design in detail, and submit it for approval.
Development
After design approval, our in-house development team builds the platform. We work agile, with short meetings and interim deliveries you can review. Custom requests, such as a swipe arrangement or a specific registration function, are incorporated at this stage.
Data & content
For an association, the transition is mainly a data issue. We carry out a careful migration, importing and verifying your member database, registrations, and CPD history. You add your content yourself or we assist, and you always receive a CMS training of up to half a day, with a manual.
Testing
Before going live, we review the platform completely and test functionally and technically on modern devices and browsers. Then you test extensively in a secured environment, ensuring all aspects meet your approval before the acceptance test.
Launch
After approval, we ensure a smooth launch on your domain. Initially, we monitor the platform extra closely to quickly resolve any bugs. Ongoing maintenance remains part of the annual operating costs, with an optional aftercare program for updates, analytics, and optimization.
